I’ve been with get going a couple of years now and recently changed to Cassie. Cassie has been a fantastic trainer for the couple months that we have trained together. I find myself looking forward to the sessions with her every week. She brings lots of positivity to the sessions and really motivates you to do your best. I’ve been loving the variety of exercises she prepares every week, keeping things new, really making the most out of the 45min sessions we have. She is responsive towards your goals and supports you by providing solutions and ways to achieve it during the week. I couldn’t thank her enough for making this such a fun experience! On January 24 this year I celebrated my 150 session with Chelsea…and celebrate is the appropriate word. Why? Well since staying with Chelsea my lower back has gone from ‘no’ to ‘go’! Chelsea put a program together that allowed me to gently but firmly reboot my lower back after years or niggling pain. I’m now free and enjoying a whole new movement experience. I travel for work all the time. And I mean globally. And with Chelsea’s time flexibility I am able to zoom in from wherever I am to get the workout I need. Another thing I love about her is her ability to come up with a challenging workout even when I have zero equipment! I am lucky enough to have two trainers Michelle and Illia. They are different but both patient and understanding of my special needs including anxiety and depression. I couldn't imagine my day without my regular training session both on a social,emotional,physical and mental level. When I train with them I forget about all my stresses and worries and they have a great way of motivating me and inspiring me to think more positively. They are always understanding and are able to connect with me in a way that's not always easy to do. I would highly recommend this company if you're ready to change your life and move forward. I’ve been training with Cass for over a year now and honestly she’s the best! Her workouts are sometimes tough but enjoyable nonetheless and she pushes you to further than you think you can go! Cass is the best PT I have ever had. I have now been training with her for nearly 4 years and I can never see myself getting a different PT. Cass brings the best energy to every session and plans the perfect workouts. I recently had a shoulder problem and she was able to plan fantastic sessions that helped bring back the strength and I am now able to move it and is back to its normal strength with no pain. I recommend GetGoing if you’re looking for a PT. I have been with them for almost a year. They are easy to reach and their plan is quite flexible. I started when I was pregnant with my first baby. I wanted strengthening exercises to prepare for labour and taking care of my baby. I’ve had a few trainers and they’re all great! My current trainer Chelsea is fantastic. We work on my full body strength and overall well being. She has a calm motivating presence. I look forward to our session each week. More...

Lagi is honestly the most understanding, kind, and considerate trainer I could have ever asked for. She plays a big role in my health journey and listens and asks the right questions to help me achieve my health goals. Not only has she made a personalised meal plan for me that is improving my PCOS condition, but the workout plan she has constructed for me is easy to follow and very effective which has built up my confidence to workout in a public setting. She helps me stay accountable and consistent by checking in on my mental health and progress with clean eating and working out at home and also reminding me my health journey starts with a healthy mindset and will progress with self-empowerment, which is helping to stay the course. Lagi Fruean was my awesome trainer for almost a year before she moved to Australia. Lagi pushed me hard and always encouraged me and made me feel I could accomplish anything I worked for! I miss the sessions!! Lagi ran a lift class at Duval Clubs in Auckland NZ which I loved there was a combination of lots of laughs and lots of muscle burn hehe. I am so inspired by lagi's weight lifting career and still watch every one of her training clips to keep me going lagi is also so generous with sharing information I often ask questions about her training and she always shares what she is doing, never any put downs for my lack of understanding. He meticulously cataloged the equipment I had at home and designed a workout regimen that maximized the benefits from what I had available.

Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Our personal trainer Fin has really kept us moving.
Fin is very personable and knowledgeable.
He is just the right combination of push and encouragement. And very adaptive to the materials and space at hand, as well as our individual needs.
