What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to solve my clients problems when it comes to cleaning. Many of the clients I meet complain of being on the cleaner-roundabout, having to constantly chase up cleaners and change them regularly to keep them effective.
We have such a great team of cleaners, and by using our unique owner-operator cleaning system, that I can know 100% that we will be able to provide our clients a cleaner who will exceed the clients expectations.
I started cleaning works 16 years ago in the pursuit of finding cleaners who are committed to delivering the best cleaning service possible, and I believe that our system ensures this happens.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had created a large cleaning business with employees and contractors, but would often find they would lose interest in their work, or simply not show up to clean because they had no commitment to the job. There are plenty of cleaning jobs out there, so they if they lose one, they simply move onto the next one.
I found by getting our cleaners to be involved in the business, to have a financial commitment, it gave them ownership of their jobs and everything changed from that point. Once you have invested money in your business, you become a lot more committed. Our cleaners also get to invoice our clients directly, and the money for the cleaning goes directly into the cleaners bank account instead of them feeling like employees they are business owners, which ensures the client gets a much better cleaner with quality that lasts much longer.
Our system works, and we have the history to prove it.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are different to all other cleaning companies, in that our cleaners have a financial vested interest and ownership of their job which ensures our clients get the highest quality cleaning. On top of that, our system and qualifications ensure quality continues indefinitely.
Most of the time the client only gets to meet the manager, not the cleaners. We ensure our clients have direct access to our cleaners if needed, and this ensures information is flowed to where it is needed. Our management staff are across all issues, and by using our online complaints handling system all relevant parties are involved in resolutions of any issues as they arise.

We are happy to provide a quotation remotely, and can do this via site plans or a simple list of rooms and areas. Generally to get the most accurate cleaning quote and schedule, it is best for one of our qualified staff to attend your site and measure up all areas, discuss your specific needs and budget and then build the schedule to suit.
You are provided a detailed schedule noting all rooms, tasks and frequency of cleaning so you know 100% what you are paying for. We call this Delivering Our Customers Expectation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow strict COVID-19 cleaning practices, and our cleaners have all completed the online government covid cleaning course. We can meet any level of covid requirements, from simply wearing a mask right up to gowns and gloves if needed.
