Everyone here is awesome, I always feel wanted and at home when I walk in. I get the motivation I need to achieve my fitness goals every session I attended. The facility is always clean, it doesn't smell like gym bag and everyone including the other customers are always happy and friendly. The workout for kickboxing class is hard yes but fun. Each instructor brings a unique spin to the class and is constantly wandering to each person helping with form and motivation. This is a must go to place... Love it.

Yes, all of our services are provided remotely through an app and through video calls. We are slightly different in the fact that we do not typically offer online "sessions" in the sense that we will video call you while we work out together. What we do is meet with you virtually to gather all the information we possibly can so that we can customize a program for you. Then we will create a program that is tailored to your goals and provide them to you via an app that has step by step instructions and videos to help with form and technique. We are also constantly available to you via the app to help with any questions or concerns you may have and we will video chat weekly (if you desire) to make sure everything is going well, make any changes you would like, and make sure that your form is correct! Every week we will progress you in some manner and also help you create and stick to attainable goals that will help you make this fitness journey a lifestyle.
