I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.

Trish is a great trainer! I’ve worked with her in person at 1:1 and group sessions and have also worked with her virtually. She always makes you feel comfortable by paying attention to areas you’re struggling in. She motivates you and helps you build your confidence in and outside of the gym.

Working with Trish has been a game changer! Having someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, caring, and relatable makes all the difference when you're trying to make such major changes in your body and lifestyle. She's always there to be supportive when you don't feel like you can, fix your form when something doesn't feel right, and to make you feel like all your goals are achievable. And that's in-person sessions or just online. I would not feel as strong and as good as I do now without her. I would absolutely recommend signing up with Trish!
