What inspired you to start your own business?

My thirst for constant personal development, led me to explore, engage and ultimately, elevate my whole-being so that I can serve my fellow man to help them unlock their potential to live a fully-engaged life. The only way to do this was to start my own business!

I am passionate at what I do and feel what I teach can add great value to a person's life whether it be martial arts, self-defence classes, or living the lifestyle of a warrior!

Our current online martial arts program consists of the following:

1. Real-Time, Online Class Sessions - classes where the student can interact with the instructor and other online students.

2. Pre-Recorded Class Sessions - recording of the real-time online classes and are available a few hours after the class takes place. These classes are for those who can’t make the real-time class times, but still would like a “follow-along” video of the session. Ideal for those who need a flexible schedule but still want to get a good training session.

3. Pre-Recorded Lessons - These are videos on the fundamental of Kendo and/or Iaido. These are styled as if the student was being taught directly at the dojo by the instructor. The lessons are pre-recorded and available on demand.

4. Online Private Lessons - Focused, 1-on-1 or small group training where individual attention can be given to the student.

I have had personal trainers for 25 years and I can honestly say Raphael has been the best of all my trainers. He has an amazing ability to always adapt the workouts so they are never repetitive or boring. He also is very good at working around injuries. He can help with all your goals whether directly gym related or another sport. He has helped my husband with skiing fitness as well. I highly recommend him.
