I am a professional music teacher with over 15 years worth of teaching experience and over 26 years of playing experience across the world. At the age of 13, I took up brass instruments. By 14, I was playing in an internationally acclaimed brass cadet band, traveling the world for performances and competitions. I took that perseverance over to playing other instruments. Currently, I teach guitar, ukulele, and bass guitar.

I am a classically trained violinist with 25 years' playing experience. I have 17 years' experience of performing in various orchestras, rock ensembles and professional jazz bands as a violinist and guitarist, and have completed an MMus in Jazz Performance (violin) at Wits University.

My name is Jo from ProJo Guitar Lessons, and I have been teaching guitar lessons to people for the last 20 years. My passion in this life is to help people of all walks of life learn and enjoy playing the acoustic-electric, and bass guitar online.
