We do personal training, martial arts training and offer therapy and life coaching. We offer one on one training and group classes. Our training includes weight loss, toning, muscle building, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, mma, jiujitsu and wrestling. We have mixed classes, ladies self defense classes and kids classes aswell. Beginners are welcomed. It is all non contact learning in a friendly welcoming group environment.

I’m Sheral Samuels (the owner of Lumo Inspiration t/a Lumo Crystals). I am an internationally accredited Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner and also a Master-in-Training Life Force Energy Healer. What I love most about my job, is that it much more than a job, it is an infinite journey of living my passion and dream doing something that I was born to do.
