CBT, DBT and CFT are tools that i incorporate in my counselling to help with mental well being. I am a very easy person to talk to, i have lots of empathy and patience, I am professional and believe that i can help you if the weight is getting too much.

I’m Sheral Samuels (the owner of Lumo Inspiration t/a Lumo Crystals). I am an internationally accredited Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner and also a Master-in-Training Life Force Energy Healer. When it comes to healing, my clients have an added advantage of both worlds as they are exposed to Crystal Healing and LFEH. As a highly intuitive person I always knew that I had a special gift for healing but didn’t know to what extent until I completed my training as a healing practitioner.

My coaching and counseling experience is build on my own experience together with knowledge. I am a recovery coach and specialist as well as a counselor and a mindfulness trainer. I use every education around mental health to be at your level, to make it all about you! Everybody is different and that's what I am always looking for. The name of my company describes what life coaching did for me, it turned me from an 'inner worrier' to finding my 'inner warrior.' It is my dream to help you find your 'inner warrior' too. I have a counselling practice where I counsel adults and children including couples and families. I am also a family and divorce mediator and assist separating parents draw up parenting plans as well as help their children through the traumatic transition.
