My journey with PG started in August 2024, after my wife kicked me out of our house in June 2024 for the second time, and what I believed was the last time.

I was devastated, sad, angry, afraid, hurt & in a deep, dark place. Everything she had said I had done to her was really sinking in. From June to 18th August 2024, I was trying to digest it all whilst still trying to function normally, BUT, I was actually numbing reality by drinking & denying all that was happening & being said.

I eventually decided on the morning of the 18th of August 2024 that I needed to stop & seek help fast.

I got into touch with PG & from the 18th of August 2024 to date, I have been working with him & him with me ever since.

It was a difficult, tough yet such a rewarding and much-needed journey that I do not regret. The pain, the acknowledgment of my actions, reactions & decisions was unreal, BUT with perseverance as well as PG’s, family & friends’ unwavering support, I can honestly say it was all worth it.

I had faced many challenges along the way, but with each of these, PG’s program had a solution which not only made or helped me grow but made those a part of me as a person. In so doing, I have made these new solutions part of my day-to-day actions.

I admit these old ways are there, and at times I want to go back to those, BUT with all the new tools I have been taught, I quickly rather choose the new ones. Once these are used, I immediately notice a change in not only myself but in the outcome of my newly learned choices/tools.

I have chosen to remain on this new course as I have chosen to acknowledge my mistakes, habits, ways & learn from them. By acknowledging these wasn’t easy at all, but I knew if I was to remain set in the old ways, I would not only lose my wife, whom I love so dearly, but my kids, family & friends too, and quite possibly hurt others who come into my life AND this was not negotiable. I wanted to change, and whilst doing this program, I saw that all of this change was possible.

To think at 52 years of age I would have gone through all this and come out a better man – WOW.

I am just so sorry that to get to this point I had to severely HURT the one woman I love with all my heart… the one woman I swore to love, cherish & protect before God, Family & Friends – for that, I am not proud and am truly sorry. I have prayed to God for forgiveness and will forever be sorry to Kelly. I know I have also hurt my kids, family, and friends, but Kelly remains the one that I feel I hurt the most. Never again do I want to feel this again or put anyone through this.

Since beginning my journey in May, I've noticed a significant shift in how I feel about myself. I've become more at ease and less burdened by feelings of failure.

PG Paradigm has been instrumental in this transformation. He truly listens and understands me, but he doesn't simply agree with everything I say. He encourages me to view things from different perspectives, making it easier to embrace new ways of thinking.

The 21-day challenge has been particularly impactful, helping me discover qualities I like about myself and fostering a more positive and relaxed mindset. The other exercises we've done have also broadened my understanding of my past, present, and future, opening my mind to new ideas and possibilities.

When I started in May, I felt lost, lacking purpose and ambition. Now, as we approach August, I find myself more accepting of life's challenges. I have hope for the future and am starting to regain my ambition.

I joined pg paradigm life coaching 3 months ago. My first impression was that he was just another therapist in it for the money not actually caring about the client, If only I knew how wrong I was!

He has all the fancy qualifications one should have but advises, comforts and cares like somebody you've known for years. In this short period of time I have managed to pay of some debt, amend family problems, remove myself from toxic people and relationships and adapt to. Better quality of life.

Life will always give you lemons but pg has taught me to make lemonade!

I feel better as an individual. Be isn't just my life coach, I consider him a friend, mentor and sponsor.

I have known PG for almost 4 years. Words can not express enough what PG has done for me and the impact he has had on my life as a whole. Through more sessions with PG I am at a place where I can communicate, listen and understand people much better than the way I used to. I don't react anymore when people discuss certain issues about their lives with me. I can show compassion much more of the situation they are in, which has made me feel so much better about myself. I am more in control of my emotions and do my best to remain calm in every situation now.

I feel like I am ready to face a new journey in my life now, even though I don't know where life may take me I am very excited for my future. Thank you PG. life skills with your support through mirror affirmations. There are so
many things to gain from having a role model steering you on the right
path. How can I validate your time and efforts? How do you show how

My journey with you, PG ,has been a truly enlightening one, I've learnt a wealth of life strategies to help me navigate the huge changes I'm embarking on.
The tools on this 21 Day Challenge have been transformative to say the least
I feel like I'm speaking to someone who truly cares.”In these times it's a rare thing to be heard without judgement.
It really helped knowing that even you have navigated these treacherous roads and rose Triumphant in the face of life's adversities
Our counselling sessions had become an activity I looked forward to , as each session revealed aspects of my hidden and wounded self, the overall experience of talking about my emotions revealed how justI would impact my future self.
This was a massive revamp for me!

PG, my biggest takeaway from this 21 Day Challenge was reconstructing my Thought Life, as it is so innately true, that what you think, you become!
I found myself humbled by the entire experience of meeting my inner child,m within this challenge -  the revelations that came from that, brought a profound healing and closure on my journey. 

Thank You Mr Paradigm , for holding my hand through this painful, reflective and  transformative journey to healing my body, mind & spirit.
