We have been struggling with a leaky roof since we built our house in 2012. Many contractors later Morgner roofing was recommended by a friend in the construction business. From the first visit to quote till the day they left I knew we found the right people for the job. Quality work, amazing service and even better people in site. There was an incident where a part of our roof caught fire - purely an accident. Accidents happen to anyone but not everyone takes ownership. Thomas and his wife were on-site immediately and no effort and cost was spared to fix everything. Not once did we have to ask for anything- Thomas just said they take accountability. No need to wait for insurance. All damage was fixed to the best quality - like new. I can recommend, and have, Morgner Roofing to anyone. Truly a company with integrity and great craftsmanship. If you are considering using Morgner Roofing as your roofing or waterproofing contractor, then I can tell you from personal experience that Morgner Roofing would be a great choice. Thomas Morgner has assisted us in so many ways, he is a true expert and professional, German in every way you want him to be, although sensitive to your situation (and stress levels) in every way you need. Morgner Roofing re-roofed our main house and waterproofed our balcony. Thomas also provided us with lots of general assistance and support during our long and painful journey of renovations 2.0 that was brought about by employing a builder that eventually was proven to be exceptionally incompetent and dishonest. As a result of the immense financial and emotional pain caused by this devious builder, we have become a lot more careful when choosing contractors. We are very happy with our new structurally sound roof installed by Morgner Roofing. I am also very grateful to the amazing engineer Richard Cooper and Jan-Hendrik from Truss World, that Thomas recommended as a professional adviser and a supplier. Thomas has a great team supporting him and we are very grateful for all the assistance from Carl, Claymore and the rest of the Morgner team. What I also appreciated about Thomas, was his quick and kind responses to all our concerns and questions, either via phone or in person, even when it was super critical. After dealing with a company who "knew about roofs" and our leak constantly getting worse and worse, we decided to call in Thomas and his team. Thomas was honest about the previous workmanship from the get go and gave us an incredibly competitive quote. His team replaced our flat roof in a couple of days and we are now completely leak free.
