Am a very disappointed client who is now at position of taking this company to court as they have failed to commit to their promises. Lawrence promised to refund our money since January as they failed to release the bus we booked for our trip. To date he doesn't pick our calls... Very bad service More...

Good day, unfortunately Trans-Atupele International Coaches failed to pay the minimum 50% deposit as required nor the balance. As you do not have any coaches of your own we tried to assist you by allowing you to brand one of our coaches and let it sit outside your offices in JHB CBD to showcase the bus to assist you with your ticket sales. Unfortunately there isn't a transport company in the whole country that will prepare a bus for cross boarder travel, permits etc without the required deposit payments. We are however happy to hold it as a credit for you for the next 6 months and hope Trans-Atupele International Coaches will be able to garner enough ticket sales to be able to do the trip to Malawi. All the best with your endeavour and we look forward to working with you once your logistical challenges have been resolved

Hired a coach from them last week for a colleagues funeral to the eastern cape, the driver Bonging was friendly and accmmodating the bus clean and comfortable would highly recommend thank you Lawrence and team

Utterly useless company. Zero communication from Lawrence and very little from Lee Ann. Was having to constantly follow up just to get simple info. Bus wasn’t the bus I ordered. Driver wasn’t the driver we were told. Bus was unroadworthy. Driver had no clue where he was going or what was happening. Broke down twice in our journey with little to no assistance from these guys leaving us to walk with 7 little children in the side of the N3 at night in the rain. Driver had no training or break down tools. Aircon failed. Etc etc etc. Nightmare of a journey. Do not go down the same road as I did. These guys do not care. USELESS and should not be allowed to operate in this industry or any industry. No certification, licenses or PDP when I asked for it either. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You traumatized 30 odd people who were supposed to be going away and nice weekend. More...

Dear Greg Barnard and the Complete Restaurant Solutions Team, We would like to extend our sincere apologies once again for the trauma caused during your recent trip and note your multiple reviews… As you are aware through your direct communication with them, the outsourced coach company (with a fleet of almost 80 coaches and buses) was instructed by you not to send a replacement bus, as per correspondence it was agreed to refund R18,000 of the R24,000 you paid. This decision was made in light of the stress, frustration, and anxiety caused when the engine failed just a few kilometers from your destination. Having already been almost 10 hours into your journey and drinking celebrations, we fully understand that the resolution process and the dispatch time for the replacement bus from Johannesburg were not up to standard. Following a thorough investigation, we made the decision to immediately terminate all current and future business with this supplier to safeguard our reputation. Once again, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused during your trip. We wish you and the Complete Restaurant Solutions team all the best moving forward.

Do not book this company. We booked them and did not show up. We been trying to get hold of them for refund. They don't answer our call.

We used them for 3 V class shuttles for our wedding in Muldersdrift recently the vehicles were clean, in good condition and the Chauffeurs professional and on time highly recommend them to anyone

Recently hired a 22 Seater Coaster from them, the vehicle was in excellent condition and the driver Bongani was a true gentleman who looked after us well during our trip to the Kruger

Recently used them for a 4 day Pilansberg and Suncity and Suncity Tour Followed by 10 days in the Garden Route from Knysna all the way to Cape Town, Bongani , Jerome and John were excellent drivers and the 19 of us were well looked after during our stay in South Africa we would recommend them 5 Star service !

Would never use this company again. They have only caused headaches for us.
We needed transport from school to Camp Discovery and back. From the school, they sent 2 separate transports, the first was on time and the second was 1hr30mins later. We were scheduled to be at Camp Discovery at 10h00. The fiest group got there on time, the second just before 12h00. The drivers were only notified thar morning that they had to fetch us. On the way back, the driver was told to fetch us from the school and take us to Camp Discovery, which was obviously wrong ad we needed a life back. We were meant to be back at school at 11h30, only got back at 13h30.

The drivers were amazing, it was just the organisation.

Hired a V Class for a Matric Dance last week and the driver Bongani was friendly and very professional, the car was almost new we are very happy with the level of service provided

Hired a 22 Seater from them for a girls weekend away and Bongani was a fabulous driver would recommend them any day !

We recently hired them for 2 luxury coaches to Durban the cabins were well appointed , toilet clean and the drivers friendly we look forward to utilising their services again
