I have reached a stage in my career where I feel a deep calling to give back and share my experiences with others. With over 40 years of experience as a Talent Management and Development specialist, I have worked across a diverse range of industries, including education, banking, chemicals, major construction, consulting, and energy and resources. I work online mostly as my clients are global. I do have a practice if clients are willing to travel for face-to-face sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work remotely therefore eliminating the risk of contact and spreading the virus. In addition I had a strong focus on Mental Health as clients had to pivot to working remotely and having to apply technology and adjust their environment, their family life and working methods to interact successfully with their colleagues.
