Pricing options were flexible, with the choice of labour-only rates or packages including materials. For plumbing, materials were provided, which saved me the time and effort of sourcing them myself, while door installation was priced for labour only.
Overall, their attention to detail and professionalism stood out, going beyond the scope of work by addressing minor issues they noticed, such as realigning skewed handles on existing doors.

i was charged for call out fee after they told me that if they do the job they will not charge me. i get the invoice and ask for the breakdown and i get told call out fee is included.
