Yi Shan is a very sincere and meticulous Therapist. Her methods of using a scale to assess the level of trauma before and after each session is useful to help the client translate intangible emotions into a tangible scale so that we can monitor our progress. The MEMI sessions were fabulous and especially helpful. After each session, I would feel a headache and be very tired. But as I get enough rest, i will heal and emerge stronger. Within 3 sessions, I was able to heal my childhood and early adulthood trauma and return the level of trauma to a safety zone. Gradually, my reliance on psychiatric medication also reduced. I would recommend Yi Shan to anyone who has a genuine and open attitude towards getting their trauma healed.
