• 10 days out from each Load, our clients are contacted with a pre-load checklist. This includes a discussion about what Covid level we are currently in, and what that means for their relocation – both Load and Unload events.
• In Levels 2 and 3, our clients are asked to provide a handwashing station for our team at their property, They are also reminded to follow all physical distancing rules and sign the Contact Tracing form provided by our Local Area Manager
• All Contact Tracing forms are logged back in the office, so should any information be required urgently by The Health Department, we have this information on hand immediately.
