Last year, I was triggered. The trigger took me back into my early childhood, rooted in fear and guilt. I asked Lisa for her help to make sense of this trauma. Lisa enveloped me in safety, with love and compassion to help me un-weave the complexities of these unresolved wounds. She asked the questions that would challenge me, to reach deep within myself to tell the truth. I cried buckets, and she let me. I choose to invest in my self by working with Lisa in the Belief Alchemy courses due to a natural unlocking of a deeply held experience of mine that happened entirely naturally.
