This variety can keep the job interesting and engaging. We always assist both property owners and tenants, making a positive impact on their lives. We can help tenants find suitable homes and owners manage their properties effectively. Furthermore, as property managers, we often face challenges and problem-solving situations, which can be intellectually stimulating and rewarding when we find solutions, and we always do!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I'm the Head of Property Management and oversee the Grey Lynn Property Management team. I enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. Property management provides ample opportunities to communicate with tenants, property owners, contractors, and other professionals. No day is the same in the property management industry, which is always exciting.
