We have used Nick to do two complete substantial renovations and one potential renovation which was about to proceed when we suddenly needed to move areas. Our experience with Nick and his team has always been a positive one, we have been more than pleased with the results. Our first renovation came in on budget and gave us a beautiful home that we loved. Nick impressed us with his willingness to listen and implement our vision. Renovation is never easy but Nick walked us through numerous challenges and it was only natural to use him to then expand on our house by adding another floor. This renovation was even more in budget. Nick managed our expectations and provided solutions that worked. Nick has a particular gift of understanding spaces and their importance in the overall project, his has wonderful architectural skills with a draftspersons budget. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others and will be using him most definitely for our next project.
