I have always been able to work well within boundaries set by someone else. I was even adept at infusing any position or project with my own methods and creativity. But eventually, it wasn't enough. I wanted to be able to do new, unrelated, unusual, challenging things and the boundaries set by other people/companies did not allow it. I wanted the ability to set and expand my own boundaries. Owning a business allows me to do that; there are still boundaries, but they are my boundaries.

Tevita responded immediately via text and phone call. Accommodated my work schedule too. Thank you. Was on time for pre exterior house painting quote visit. Texted re ETA when on his way. Was a good listener, understood my predicament, explained what he'd do and how he'd fix and repaint that area. He arrived on time on the day of the job. Was super polite and tidy. He was experienced and felt reassured by his knowledge and work ethic. Called me close to job completion so could check. Very happy, clean, tidy, beautiful paint completion job.
