Having worked within the Justice system in New Zealand for over 15 years I have assisted many people file successful applications within the Court. It is an absolute privilege to assist customers at such a difficult and stressful time. During my time working for the Justice System I have witnessed many unsuccessful applications, which could have been avoided by understanding what information is required and the way it should be written. Having this knowledge to share and draft all the forms required can make a real difference for people navigating the court system and the legal terminology.
In 2022, I embarked on a new journey developing Affidavits R Us Ltd. My hope is to enable the best possible outcomes for people applying for orders by meeting them in the safety of their own space via virtual meetings and offering them flexible hours. It is a privilege for me to be able to help at such a critical time and to establish a sincere and informative relationship with the customer. The customer’s well-being is my priority, alongside providing a caring and non-judgmental service. My goal is to offer all her customers a personal administration service while maintaining their confidentiality.
I have always had a strong interest in supporting and working with vulnerable and at-risk people. In 2006, I was the founding director of a charity called Kids Camps NZ. This involved working with many at risk children, running and supporting camps in both Dunedin and Wellington with nearly 400 children attending over the 9 years. I have developed superior problem-solving, project management, relationship building, and strategic planning skills. It is a strong passion to support increasing awareness about family violence and the impact that this has on families within our communities. I started working in the Ministry of Justice in 2006, initially in Dunedin then in Christchurch since early 2016. I have supported customers in respect of filing applications that meet the jurisdictional requirements. A significant amount of my job satisfaction came from helping people transition from a difficult, legally challenging time in their lives to a more positive one. We are knowledgeable, confidential and independent but most importantly we are non-judgmental and caring.
We offer flexible hours 10 am to 9 pm and assist you virtually in the comfort and safety of your own space, all within a fixed-priced structure. Have you got questions?
