I offer DBT: (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) which is skills based learning for managing overwhelming feelings and thoughts. The therapy is suitable for all anxiety and mood based disorders, eating disorders, relationship isssues, communication and interpersonal relationships. I also run group sessions in assertion, self esteem and anger management. i am based in Ellerslie in Auckland and am available at weekends and evenings to accommodate working lifestyles.
