Michael is an exceptional trainer. His positive attitude to life shines through when you train with him. He is personable and knowledgeable and you basically have a good time during his sessions while working hard. He makes your sessions interesting, varied and challenging as you work towards your goals. I can highly recommend Michael for your training. He puts the personal back into Personal Training.
