Absolute disaster and an embarrassment. Kane came out and viewed the job, I wanted completed. Macrocarpa's cut to where they had been cut previously and all waste removed. We agreed on his quoted price. When he arrived 10days later, before he even started he said he had misquoted me "his bad" and the price nearly doubled. Reluctantly I agreed to this and again reiterated what I wanted done. About 2 hours into the job he asked what I wanted done with the larger branches. When I mentioned again that all waste was to be removed, as originally quoted. He said this was a big job and he would return with another arborist to finish the job and remove the waste. His wife then texted me to say that he would not be returning. I am now left with one mutilated tree, huge amounts of branches on my side and on the public space side, adjoining my property. This company may seem like nice people but they are completely incapable of quoting a job and completing it. This will now cost me to clean up his mess. More...

Hi Sharon, as discussed with you, while Kane was working on your property, you asked for more than qhat was quoted. As you wanted more, Kane needed to revise your initial quote. As Kane commenced work on your tree, and had you on active "comms", you were rude, aggressive, pushy, and behaved irrationally and had no clue the extreme physical work required. This is on top of Kane organising Council work for the other tree on your proeprty. Due to your wild behaviour, Kane had to leave your property as he can not work in such conditions. We also did not charge you for the several hours he was on your property, even though we should have. The tree is not "mutulated" is it unfinished as your behaviour is not to be tolerated.

Kane Jeans, the Director and the guy who did the job is very accommodating and helpful. He gave very good recommendations to improve the overall look of my tree. I plan to hire his services again and to promote his company to my friends and other people looking for the same services. More...
