How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If its weather tight.roof and flashing are water tight.(dosnt apply to internal gatages)

Striping back to studs.wiring ,plumbing,insulation,linear gib plaster trim paint doors wondows floor council consents etc

Being vacenated we have done all we can i think.we can try to keep contact to a minimum but its here we can only mitigate any contact if nescasary
