How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
We need to check the ceiling joists and attic space is sufficient for the installation of a attic ladder and storage package
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
We specialize in installing attic ladders into loft spaces. This includes flooring for storage and natural and artificial lighting with ventilation to get the heat out of the attic space.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoyed working with the product and saw an opportunity to develop and enhance the current offerings to better meet the needs of our customers and community. Change peoples living environments into a place they enjoy and love. The ability to innovate in light based products.

We have a team that has between them over 110 years experience in making, supplying and installing skylights. We know all product ranges including ones that no longer operate in New Zealand. We understand the available products and your homes individual roofing systems. We work with residential and commercial customers including manufacturers, insurers, government and community organization's which trust us with there work. We have a quality assurance programme & back up.

We can provide initial estimates of cost and issues faced in the installation based on our knowledge of the product and market. This will require us to chat to you to find out relevant details in order for us to make this assessment. We will need to follow this up with a site visit
