Imagine was started in 2002 on that back of a desire to make positive change in the built environment. I always had a desire to have my own design studio so when the opportunity presented itself I took the plunge. That was the best decision I ever made.

Yes, we can and have provided services remotely. We have completed projects in Australia and have one under construction in Italy. So projects around New Zealand are no trouble to us. We have experience working in most regions and have excellent access to a wide network of other consultants and contractors as well.
Ideally, most projects require at least one site visit to gather data, levels and measurements. But after that we are pretty comfortable work remotely.
One project we did, the Wharfe Residence, we didn't meet the client in person for 3 years as the feasibility stage was undertaken whilst they were working overseas. This was before Zoom or Team too!
Imagine Architecture has robust health and safety policies and procedures. These include putting our clients at risk if we are unwell and exposing them to potential sickness. We front-foot this with good communication and resolve it with either deferring meetings or if it is a site survey job then undertaking the job without direct contact.
