Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we need to clarify a few important points. Our team managed an event with almost double the number of guests than originally agreed upon, all within a very tight budget. Despite this, we worked hard to provide quality service, and it’s disappointing to receive your feedback, especially since you mentioned at the venue that the food was good. It’s also important to address that our staff was treated with disrespect during the event. Despite this, they remained professional and did their best to serve your guests. Additionally, halfway through the event, you expressed an unwillingness to pay the agreed-upon amount, which added unnecessary stress to the situation. We were also not informed that the hall was on the 26th floor, which posed significant challenges for our team, particularly with the unreliable lift systems in the building. Our workers had to carry heavy loads up the stairs for much of the event. Furthermore, you requested additional breakfast items that were not previously agreed upon, and was quite adamant about it. Regarding the samosas, they were sourced from an outside vendor after consulting with you and we ended up paying a premium for them. I recently got catering done for my son’s birthday . Ashwathy and team are par excellent in terms of service and food . They accommodate any changes needed to the good even during the event and not many people do that . The food was first sent for tasting to us after which feedback for taken on each dish . What’s your signature dish?
Though we address a wide verity of clients taste and we are good with both north and south india foods. Our specialty customers have appreciated our butter naan and paneer butter masala combo. We also offer a food trial to all our clients before proceeding.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We factor in the customers event, weather its a corporate party, a birthday party, a wedding or a small gathering of friends. Then we take customers taste prefernce. Useing the above information we articulate a menu for our customer. Then send a food trial. Once the customers like and shortlis items. We have the final menu ready for the event.
What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate about cooking and making a high quality meal for our customers. Seeing The satisfaction in customers eyes after having our meals keeps us going.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are ex IT employees, who came together to start this venture. Looking at today’s quality of food brough a concern in our hearts. Which lead to the creation of the good chef.

We offer catering services for all kinds of events, from housewarming parties to weddings and corporate functions.
Our Delicious Catering Styles
We have three catering styles to suit your needs:
Buffet style: This is our most popular option. It features a variety of dishes that your guests can choose from.
Bananaleaf style: This is a traditional South Indian way of serving food on a banana leaf.
Self-service: We deliver the food in disposable containers or reusable carriers with utensils. You can then serve the food yourself.
In this option, we will either use disposable containers or bring the food in large carriers with serving utensils. After the event, we will come and collect the reusable items.
