What do you love most about your job?
I love helping companies grow by solving problems, raising funds, saving them from basic errors; I love tackling new and different problems in different sectors and it helps keep me sharp and productive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working in corporates, it is only inevitable that you would want to do your own thing. I love the freedom to make choices, to follow my own dreams, to uphold my values and to be my own boss.

Fundraising
I help you raise funds via private equity, VC, private investors. I also help you prepare the company for fund-raising, getting prepared for onboarding an investor, documentation such as preparation of Information Memorandum, pitch deck, shareholder agreements, transaction structuring, etc.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Growing organically is great but sometimes it can be slow and there may be opportunities to scale up rapidly by buying a company that has a special edge, either by way of customer base, IP, talent, key assets, etc. that can help you catapult your growth dramatically. I help you find and acquire such businesses.
On the other hand, you may want to exit your business for a variety of reasons and I can help you, either find a buyer immediately or plan the exit in such a ways to have a timed exit in a given time-frame at the best valuation and with the greatest tax efficiency. I often use the SME IPO route for my clients for this purpose.
