We got the interiors done from them, follow up on enquiry- Great, initial meetings at the studio which I look back and think we made more often than them- Good, at the site- Delays, advance payments, follow up on payments, cash payments, speaking rudely to your customers, treating us like you treat your labour on site. The problem with Ashmita and her team is execution. Lots of tall talks not walking the walk! Beware nothing will be documented, no payment details agreement and you’re on the receiving end ALWAYS! Payment wise, listening to her rant. She has great designers on her team BUT her execution team are local mistry’s and trust me when I see she has no qualms in raising her tone with you and next day asking for money for sub standard work. I would not recommend their services to anybody who wants a beautiful home! Also pretty sure with her temperament the great reviews are all her inner circle who could perhaps put up with her attitude because of the years of being associated with her. I would however recommend her designer who has great ideas and I think she left too! The BASIC principle of being in the service industry is being calm and handling things in a more collaborative way because things will go wrong but raising your voice with people who are paying you is not ridiculous but horrendous! It’s heart breaking to criticise your our house for which you paid through your nose .. the owner of the company is extremely unethical, rude and unprofessional. . I have Atleast 100 pictures and all documented evidence of how we have been treated while building our dream place .. the issue is bad trade practice , they will lure you and then keep asking to increase the costing .. for the smallest change they will charge you heavily.. they will leave your home incimpleted after you supporting them to stay in your home post 30 days of when you moved .. our wardrobe shutters came 25 day post we moved .. they blasted 2 water pipelines.. they screwed our existing furniture .. our 2 dogs were at unrest for a full month.. and then after paying 93% of agreed payment they will ransom you to pay in full or they will leave the work incomplete .. 1 day before our movement without our knowledge they moved all our wardrobe shutters out of our home at night .. I just can’t tell you the financial, emotional and physical health damage that they have caused us .. and I don’t believe on the good reviews .. coz we were the 1st full project they did.. but as we all know .. it not tough to bump the google reviews .. won’t be surprised if my review gets taken off too.. we just want no one else duped like we did And don’t forget in business they just create bills of thin air., pls pls do document everything.. thankfully I did a lot of documentation and also they will ask cash to avoid GST and invade income tax., pls be careful .. your home is not worth this negative company association.. Our business knows no geographic boundaries. Thanks to technology, we've successfully managed complete home interiors in Bangalore for clients based abroad. We've delivered projects in Goa within just 45 days and are currently consulting on homes in the UK. We've also provided design consultancy services across India. While Bangalore is our base, we have taken on turnkey projects throughout Karnataka and Goa, demonstrating our capacity to deliver exceptional results no matter the location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve made several changes to ensure the safety of our clients and team members. We’ve adapted to virtual consultations and presentations, allowing us to collaborate closely with clients without the need for in-person meetings.
For site visits and installations, we strictly adhere to health guidelines, including regular sanitization of spaces, mandatory use of masks and gloves by our team, and maintaining social distancing. We also coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all on-site work follows these safety protocols.
Additionally, we’ve enhanced our project management tools to facilitate seamless remote communication and progress tracking, minimizing the need for physical presence while keeping our clients informed every step of the way.
