Ciaran was very helpful in moving me past a particular difficulty at work. I was doubtful at first that coaching would resolve my concern, but Ciaran dispelled this doubt within a couple of sessions. His approach had me engage the bigger picture by stepping outside usual patterns repeating themselves. Ciaran is very insightful and engaging through the process. I would thoroughly recommend him.

WoodHazel has completely transformed my approach to selling and I can't thank them enough. I have always had a perception of myself as someone who finds it difficult to sell..a bit of a reluctant sales person.. We have been working together on their Philosophy of Selling programme and what I have appreciated is that although there is a clear structure in what they teach it's not a cookie cutter approach by any means. Both Rachel and Ciaran are brilliant active listeners and mould their sessions to fit the person and business that they are working with. After each session I came away with very clear action points to both implement and practice before we next met. The next session always incorporated a review and consolidation from the session before which I really liked.
