He gave us a clear quotation and explained the cost for everything. He worked diligently and swiftly to address the problem, and to talk to us about how to avoid it in future. And he was an utter gentleman as well; so scrupulous about cleaning up after himself and not charging for jobs he didn’t think were worthwhile for us to spend money on.
