A warning to any person who employs this company to do any kind of landscaping. I needed a big landscaping job done out the back of the house and Winsor Paving & Landscaping (at the time I used them they went under the name of Windsor Landscaping) came in with a competitive quote not much less than the other quotes but at the time it looked a good deal. But it turned out to be an absolute disaster and the job was not even half done. It was so bad that I now have to engage another company to dig up what they did and start again. The cost now is over double the original cost of €18,000. The character fronting this company is called Joe but I doubt if that is even his real name he came across as amicable and knowledgeable but I realised too late that he was a chancer. I can only believe that he learnt his “trade” from watching you tube videos. As I said he left after I paid him to collect more material and never saw him again. Despite a number of calls he never answered I found out later that he was using a pay as you go mobile service. There were warning signs right from the very beginning when he arrived with no plan and no materials to complete the work. There were many delays because some of his “staff” left to go to funerals or weddings and much of the time was spent drinking tea. He started looking for small amounts at first but quite cleverly inveigled more money from me. This business Winsor or Windsor is not registered with the company’s office and I doubt with Revenue an investigation I should have conducted before I used them. They have no proper address, the only contact they have is with a mobile which is now probably different to the one he was using at the time. I would seriously doubt if the positive reviews are genuine and I can nearly guarantee that the pictures on the Bark site are not his work. As I said you have been warned if you employ this character, all you will get is a heartache and you will be out a serious amount of money for a shambolic job. A nightmare is the only way to describe . Joe and his crew are totally cowboys haven't a clue what they are doing but definitely know how to con you out of thousands which we paid for the second lot of tiles which have never arrived and he won't take any of our calls. Left my drive full of stone and sand from the back garden which they never removed excuse after excuse. Lorries left him down multiple funerals in the family in the matter of days . Left the tiles sitting in the ground no grouting done . You could play sea saw on them. Posted the job on Friday joe contacted me and arranged to call to my property the same day we agreed on the price he and his team arrived early next Monday and worked on late to complete the job nice and friendly guys and the did a fantastic job i would highly recommend and i will definitely be using there services again thanks lads

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
We wanted a tarmac-ed area at the back of our hoe turned into a patio. Joe came out, gave us a quotation and promised the earth, moon, stars and more.

He and his team delivered poor quality work, a shocking finish, appalling value for money and non-existent customer service.

Joe's parting line was...'when this is finished, you'll be able to have a disco on it'. Well, if you don't mind your disco on a moving floor.........!! Many of the slabs which have been laid move underfoot and are not secure or flush to each other, the grouting is incomplete (appears to be a mixture of sand and gravel) and was left stuck to paving slabs.

We have attempted to get Joe and his team back to do remedial work but Joe and Winsor Landscaping clearly has no professional pride in their work, nor are they interested in turning a dissatisfied customer into a happy one.

I find it hard to believe there are so many positive reviews on here for Winsor Landscaping and the photos here in no way resemble the work we had done.
