I have used this service for some time now and I really like their services. I find their price range budget friendly and I like the fact that I don’t have to worry about paying cleaners each time they send a cleaner to my home. They are quite flexible with offering rescheduling whenever I need. So far no complaint from my end. It’s a reliable service I am happy to continue with for my home cleaning. They came to my house once but repeatedly changed the scheduled time for 1st and 2nd appointment and sent me multiple invoices even after I paid. I recieved multiple emails and calls to be put on a payment plan which I felt was very pressuring from a customer perspective. The actual cleaning was okay although they asked if I had specific requests on the first visit and I stated I needed the stairs vacuumed. This wasn't done although the house in general was cleaned. I don't really see why they asked what I wanted done specifically if it wasn't going to be done. In general I didn't like dealing with the company because on one day they would agree a schedule/ price/ payment method and then I would recieve calls and emails with different information pressuring me to sign up to their payment plan. As a result of this experience I don't really trust the company or want their employees in my house because it doesn't appear that they take into account what discussion has occurred with the customer, the company will do what it wants regardless More...

The customer service was excellent and the work was completed satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this service.
