Unfortunately was extremely disappointed with the service. Booked Belinda for a deep clean at a cost of 400euro to do a deep clean of a house that was empty. Ask on the phone if they would also do cupboards etc and they confirmed they would. Belinda was 2.5 hours late (which is totally fine, things come up) but as a result I wasn't there to meet her. She didn't text to confirm when she was leaving, again not a big issue but when we went back on Monday to discover nothing had really been done except a fridge clean down and I pantry clean I was really disappointed. I don't even think anything was hooverd or any surface wiped down. I contacted Belinda 2 times to rectify to no response! Would not recommend unfortunately (I really try to avoid ever leaving negative reviews as I understand things come up but for a 400euro deep clean I was expecting an actual cleaning) More...

I'm sorry you feel this way but you mislead us you booked for a deep clean but when we arrived we were faced with endless amounts of items to be moved wet curtains rats human waste everywhere, I explained to you I sympathised with you situation but there's no way this job could have been done for the amount you paid as the job you needed done takes days not hours I do have the photographs and do not wish to use them we have completed numerous jobs like yours and always complete them to the highest standard. Stella inspected our work and was highly imressed, I know you were trying to help your friend but we're a business. I hope everything works out.
