We are a new company and contacted Golden Pages to have our telephone number listed. After a number of
teething issues our details were posted on Golden Pages. An employee of FCR Media, I will not post his name, made contact in relation to setting up a website for our new venture. Eventhough funds were limited we agreed to set up a website with the hope of attracting new business. All seemed good at first, a few meetings and in August 24 the site was launched and that has been it.
We cannot access our site in terms of analytics and we cannot access Golden Pages Business Centre, functions that are promised on the FCR Media website.
In November 24 we reached out to our person of contact in FCR via email and at time of writing, April 24, he has not responded.
We have rang his phone number and left a message to be contacted and still no contact.
We have contacted the company on 4 different occasions and told them of our issues and yet there has not been a resolution.
Starting a new business can be daunting enough without the added stress of entrusting a company to provide a service and that same company (FCR Media) failing miserably in what they promised.
