What do you love most about your job?
What I really love is helping people, so having the opportunity to help families choose the right flooring for their home is a real pleasure. Flooring really can completely change a home, especially when a family purchase a new build home, going from bare floors to a fully laid floor and carpets completely transforms the place from an empty shell to the start of a beautiful home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the industry for many years, I felt I could offer a better overall service than other companies in the market. As a smaller company, I can be involved in all stages of the process ensuring customers a seamless experience with Cavalier Flooring.

Service. We strongly believe in providing the very best service for our customers. This starts from the very first contact, whether that be an e-mail, a phone call or a walk into our showrooms. We will guide our customers along the whole process, right until their new floors or carpet is fitted. We also provide a large range of flooring and carpets, from Laminate Floors to Engineered and many different styles of carpets.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can proved a very limited service online, such as providing rough quotations based on sizes sent. But the full process cannot be complete online as we always measure flooring areas before any final sale and of course the physical fitting of the floors cannot be carried out online.
