What do you love most about your job?
Being a participant and witness to a client progressing from where they are to where they want and need to be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I needed counselling myself and saw the huge benefit it had in transforming my own life.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because for me it will always be about the client, not me, not my agenda. I can help in clarifying what the clients goals might be but they remain the Captain of their own ship. I see myself as a selection of skills and psychotherapeutic skills laid at the feet of the client.

I provide services from my office in the Regus building in Mahon at the edge of Cork city. I provide ZOOM/SKYPE/WHATSAP sessions as the client requires.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow all HSE guidelines as laid our by Government. May they pass quickly! :-)
