Very impressed, just had a really good chat with Jeremy about fitting panels to our house, he was knowledgeable and carried out a virtual survey to give a rough price which was far more reasonable than I thought, no hidden extras and coming to do a site survey, all being well they should be installed and we will be up and running by December, which ties in beautifully with my husband getting his electric car delivered

I found the team at Electrotec highly professional from my first meeting with them over 18 months ago to me signing off the project. At no point did I feel “sold” to or pressured. There was no “here today, gone tomorrow” deals, which only infuriate me and scream desperation by the service provider. In fact, upon receiving a quote, I had to follow-up with them to ask about next steps. I felt respected and listened to from start to finish. What I particularly liked is their no-quibble refund policy within 14 days of installation if, for any reason, I wasn't completely satisfied or simply changed my mind about having a solar system installed at home. We had solar panels fitted by the team at Electrotec, the process was really simple and they sorted everything out for us including planning permission and getting their own scaffolding, they were so through in all communications, noting was hidden in technical terminology it was really easy to understand.
The whole process was done inside 3 weeks which amazed me how quickly it was done.
During installation the guys were clean, tidy, professional and really respectful.
