Describe your creative process.
We usually start our engagement with clients with a strategy session which some might call a discovery session. This strategy session is crucial to allow both parties to understand each other and our designers to actually know more about the company at a glance.
Audience demographic and persona is covered in the strategy. We also go through brand attributes.
From there, we would start doing brand mapping and design visualisation.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We will need to know the job scope, the objectives and more about the company which we usually uncover from the strategy session.

I love that I am able to help other businesses and also connect them!
What inspired you to start your own business?
When Ferdaus started Neu Entity, he wanted to inspire and help businesses build their brand purposefully and go to the next level.
Why should our clients choose you?
Neu Entity consists of members who started from freelancing. All of us have our own experiences and we have been in our field for quite a number of years. For example, I (Hanafi) have been doing website development for 13 years while Ferdaus has been doing design for 16 years.
