We had closed the front door of our house without locking it but when we tried to get back in, it was locked. We called Dyno locks and I was surprised and impressed by their speed. Ray arrived approx. 30 minutes later and was able to unlock the door with ease within 2 minutes of his arrival. He was skilled, polite and fully equipped for the job. Marios from Dyno Locks was awesome, he arrived at my house on time, explained what he needed to do so I have a working car key, told me how long it would take him and was completely helpful. Originally I'd accepted a quote from another company who then didn't answer my calls to confirm the time they'd arrive, went Dyno Locks dreading having to deal with more of the same. Three times I have used Dynalock, and I have to say, I give 10/10 for the courtesy and proffesionalisim shown to me on all occasions. One of them was where my keys went missing on the Sunday of a long weekend. The guy was with me in 20 minutes, did what was necessary, i paid him, and I was happily back in my home. So fast: it seems that I had hardly put down the phone when the van was at the door. A quick check of the lock in question brought about an even quicker and more efficient solution. Then because the particular door lock had been installed at the same time as a similar door, our locksmith had a look at this too, as it was as much a question of age (the door's!) as wear and tear.
