I have worked with Corey for the past three months. I originally sought him out for fitness and weight loss but with the initial diagnostic tests discovered several postural issues that needed correction.

I have been practicing this yoga for seven years and it is now part of my daily life. It is a very unique and empowering set of tools, techniques and principles that are great life tools. The teachers are like family and will give you space to heal yourself, they will help you as you need and develop your (brain training) as far as you want to take it. I still feel I am learning and growing after seven years.I now teach many of the principles in my daily life and at work and have seen those I work with change their old habits and feel great again too. Try it out and you will make great friends for life too.
