I am having a great experience with Judy. I was very nervous about getting a personal trainer because I never worked out before, but Judy really makes you feel comfortable to train with her. Actually there is no secret. It’s basically understanding your body and engaging proper exercises on how to implimiment them safely. You always make sure that the exercises are achievable, realistic and obtainable. Beginners will need to scale the movements first in order to allow to build around the neuromuscular adaptation before building up strength, flexibilty and cardiovascular. Many people commonly get injured quickly during an exercise because they miss the importance of scaling a workout, and the lack of understanding and educating on how to create an effective workout routine . I’m a soul believer that if you are going to train hard, just train the right way. If you train smart, you will have no problems reaching your fitness goals. Finally, always be consistent with your workout plan, allow yourself to step out a “little” outside of your comfort zone, and you must “love” fitness. Fitness is a lifestyle. The body of your dream is no question but becoming a reality and a fact .
