I designed The Dog Walker LLC as a business that would provide clients with a great sense of ease knowing that every detail of their pets care has been prepared for and that a reliable, passionate, and insured walker/sitter is caring for their furry loved one.
When I was a child, during the holidays we chose a new business, recommended to us by a neighbor, to care for our dog while we were on vacation. Long story short, our dog ran away from their facility due to a careless error that could have been avoided (Luckily we did find our pup two weeks later and 20 miles away at an SPCA). Continuing over the next 15 years or so, I gained experience working for various shelters, pet hotels, dog walking companies, and on a local farm, and as with any company there were spots of room for improvement which ultimately would be the issues that caused a lack of trust and satisfaction with clients and customers. As time continued, my sense of ability to manage businesses and form positive relationships with long term clients improved and I found an area in the field that I felt passionate and motivated with: Dog Walking & Pet Sitting. In 2019, I took what I had learned to create The Dog Walker LLC—providing premium dog walking and pet sitting services throughout Eastern Montgomery County, PA.
