If you need someone followed like it did with my husband, you are in the right place. How they are able to get so close to someone without being noticed is beyond me, but I am very thankful for what they were able to do for me.

I was referred to X2 Investigations by a friend who works at a law firm to look into a child custody/child support matter for me with a court date a few weeks away.
My ex was trying to avoid paying child support by saying he was unemployed, wanted to get full custody of our two children and claimed the people staying at his house were not paying him rent because they were just visiting.
Prior to them agreeing to help me out, they explained in detail the possibilities and realistic expectations of what I can possibly get to help me make my case in court. Due to the layout of my ex's property, they recommended I use two investigators.
Let me tell you, using two investigators was not cheap. However, because of their recommendation I was able to get proof that he was working as he was followed to his job on multiple days, a few of the people at the house were shown being picked up regularly by a company vehicle and the people in the garage were confirm to be living there which contradicted what he was saying.
Their tactics were crucial to my case going in my favor. They documented things that I would have not even think to look at such as; cable TV wires and power wires going from the main house to the detached garage and the RV in the backyard, showed that additions were added to the garage and house, kept track of all 10 people at the residence and even identified what type of food they were buying. Hahaha
My case finally came to a close. I was awarded custody and child support.

I hired X2 Investigations back in February of this year to follow my husband as I suspected him of cheating. I previously hired other companies, but had negative experiences.
The first one sent me a report that my husband did not leave the house all day, when in fact he did after I checked my home security cameras. The second company parked right across my house and looked creepy staring at my house as I was leaving for work and he was later posted on NextDoor by a nosey neighbor.
That being said, my expectations for X2 were low because of my previous experiences. The day they were supposed to be out there, I did not see them which infuriated me so I called them and told them to prove they were here and that I wanted my money back. In return I recieved a text moments later with a picture of me sitting in my car.
They followed my husband to a restaraunt where there was a lot of PDA and later to a house.
They sent me a link to all the evidence in the form of a video and report in case I need it for court. Overall, not what I wanted to see but they are worth every penny.
PS: You get what you pay for.

What do you love most about your job?
Unpredictability.
On Monday you are following a subject to the gym with a shoulder injury, by Wednesday you are tailing a cheating spouse to a restaurant, Friday morning you find yourself doing burpees in a CrossFit class with the subject under surveillance and on Sunday you rinse and repeat the while process.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After working with a handful amount of nationwide companies and other private investigators, I knew we could provide a better service without passing down the cost to our clients by focusing on the outcome of our work product rather than our bottom line.

Why should our clients choose you?
Clients need to be aware of who is actually working their assignments, especially if ordering surveillance as it is one of the most complicated services out there. It is a common practice for Private Investigators to take on surveillance assignments and then sub-contract the case out.
As a client, you will lose approximately 40%-50%+ of your budget due to the addition of a "middleman". When hiring a company, confirm that either the individual on the phone will be working the case or a company employee, if not then keep looking for another company.
At X2 Investigations, we do not sub-contract our work out and use internal company investigators on every assignment.
