How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
100%! Type 2 diabetes is considered a lifestyle disease with long-term dire medical issues if we don't adopt the right healthy habits to manage or even reverse it.
What do you love most about your job?
When my clients value their health and life enough to make the hard changes required to reverse this disease. Clients who are no longer checking their blood sugar every minute or having to take insulin. Clients are no longer out of breath playing with their kids or grandchildren. Clients whose knees no longer hurt from carrying around a lot of excess weight. Knowing a client with not lose a foot or go blind from the consequences of this disease.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After having family members pass away prematurely from uncontrolled type 2, knowing that they did it to themselves.
