How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is critical to your success. You can't outwork a bad diet. You should practice the healthy eating 80/20 rule; 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy. Example: If you eat 3 meals per day, it would equal 21 meals in 7 days. 20% x 21= 4. That mean you can 4 unhealthy cheat items per week. I discuss this in my book "The 4 Healthy Habits of the Highly Effective Busy Professional."

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is by staying consistent following the exercise, meal plan, and putting in the effort even when you don't feel like it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people improve their health and getting into the best shape of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandmother died at age 53 from a heart attack and had various health issues. My grandfather died at age 48 from a heart attack and had various health issues. After experiencing the deaths of my grandparents, I knew that I did not want to die young, or see family members and others die from health issues that could be prevented or prolonged.
I set out on a mission to break the cycle of obesity and unhealthy living with health promotion and disease prevention.
