What’s your signature dish?
Risotto of any nature. From the moment I made my very first Risotto dish I was in love. Its in my experience one the most versatile dishes in food. From dessert to salad to make course you can do literally anything with it.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By creating it together. The customer's imagination is the only limitation. I want the customer to feel invested in their creativity and health. It will be more satisfying
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile of satisfaction on the customer's face on the first bite. The company is all about the customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to build something that can change people's lives and the way people look at the culinary world for years to come. One client at a time.
