Tucker is great to work with! I'm a busy mom, business owner, and ultra runner. My schedule can change at the drop of a hat and somehow he is always able to keep up with it.
Tucker also understands the need for balance and wants his clients to accomplish their goals while maintaining balance.
The best part is that not only do you get the training plan with him, you get access to his training group, monthly group calls on various topics, weekly email tips, and one on one check ins, plus RESULTS! Personalized program based on their previous training, fitness goals and available time to train. Feedback and guidance throughout training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. There is no fast track to success in fitness. It takes consistency as well as prioritizing health and happiness over anything else.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people improve their general health, seeing individuals get results in races is just a cherry on top!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been coaching teams and small groups for many years, and decided that I wanted to help people on a more personal level in a 1 on 1 setting.

I can relate to a wide variety of individuals, I have seen just about everything in my personal experience and in coaching my athletes. Having this experience allows me to relate well to my athletes in any challenge they are facing.

Yes, I provide training programs remotely through the Final Surge platform which allows me to schedule training and connect with my athletes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since I primarily do online coaching, it has been pretty easy. I paused in person group runs for a while and also encouraged my clients to train in less populated areas and wear a mask.
