How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First I ask questions to find out that persons "why" and then I can scale a plan according to that individuals level of athleticism (speed, strength, and agility).

I believe the secret(s) are consistency, simplicity, and a willingness to achieve one's goal(s).
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is the feeling of accomplishment that my clients and I both achieve when my client sets new personal records.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving the post office in 1993, one day at the gym while I was training I took a look around the gym and saw people being trained poorly. their form was non- existent, they were not resting long enough, or resting too long and one day I decided to do something about it. I got my certifications started my business and never looked back.

My potential clients should choose me because of my 28 years experience, and unlimited floor time and knowledge of working with different situations.

I could but prefer to do everything 1 on 1. The feeling of hands on vs virtual training are to me priceless.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All the necessary and obvious changes that I've always done, like washing my hands after every client.
