This is very professional, experience, planned, systematic, integrated, progression, Bio-Physical values and the like. Seems World Class for sure. Not sure I need every day of week guidance? Personal Trainers

I’m so grateful that I chose The Elevated Method when looking for personal training. Having a background in competition bodybuilding and long distance running I thought I knew how to get the most out of working out but using the techniques I had in the past weren’t working for me. I was stuck and frustrated. When I first talked to Rance, he recommended to stop lifting weights temporarily to avoid injury. He talked about the importance of strengthening the core, stretching for flexibility, and cardio to increase stamina before moving to the weights. So about 4 weeks ago I started training twice a week with Rance and following his recommendations for independent workouts in between. While the workouts have been primarily body weight they are so much different and anything I’ve done before and really challenge and works out all my muscles, particularly the core muscles. The progress has been amazing! Each session I can do more and my stamina has increased significantly. If you want great results without injury, I would highly recommend The Elevated Method! Today, everyone is busy and they are constantly inundated by misinformation. We ensure that our clients achieve long-term, sustainable results by providing them with a comprehensive program that supports every step of their transformation process. The level of support that clients receive depends on which program they choose. We offer everything from a fully automated program to a full-service, concierge program where clients work directly with their trainer (LIVE).

Of course the "body of your dreams" is subjective, but generally speaking, achieving the optimal shape requires that you implement the following components into your lifestyle. Psychologically you have to be committed, determined, and disciplined. Physically you have to be willing to endure persistent discomfort. Regarding your food intake, you have to be willing to make sacrifices to get there. Once you achieve your ideal physique, your maintenance is less arduous. As long as you're consistent, you can get away with eating off the menu every once in a while and still maintain optimal condition.

Anyone who sells you the idea that achieving your dream body is easy is lying to you. It takes hard work and the consistent application of the right information.

I've always loved helping people. I've been through a lot. If there's anything that I can do to safely and effectively guide someone away from the hardship that I've experienced, and towards a higher quality of life, I'm all in.

As a multi-sport athlete, I was always interested in the science of human movement. I was intrigued by the fitness and the psychology of optimal performance. As a younger trainer, I was focused on working primarily with athletes, but over time I had the opportunity to watch my mom endure a really dark stint of depression. It was her experience with depression and anxiety, and her eventual (drug-free) climb out of the rabbit hole that inspired me to pour myself into assisting the general population.

I'm not a braggadocious person so I'll just say that this is my love. It's my passion. This isn't a part-time gig that I do to pick up extra cash. I've been in this industry for almost 30 years! Most trainers give up and find another trade within the first few years because working with people is challenging and running your own business can be a roller coaster. I help people achieve optimal well-being because it fills my soul to know that I've helped another human realize their power.

I believe that most of my clients hire me because I bring something different to the table. I provide my clients with the opportunity to finally achieve long-term, sustainable results with my unique mind, body, and spirit approach. Your clients should only choose to work with me if they're prepared to do what they haven't been able to do up to this point. If they are ready for sustainable change, I'm the guy.

I do train most of my clients online. I have a global list of clients, so no one has any excuses. LOL! We get it done everywhere!
I use Google Meets for our LIVE training sessions, and we have a weekly coaching accountability call. All online clients are supported with fitness, nutrition, and FIT mindset â„¢ training.

We train remotely so all of our clients are safe!!!
